These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3 Minute AI application ("the App"), operated by Amply Insights LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.2. Description of Service
3 Minute AI is an educational application that provides AI-powered lessons designed to help users learn how to use artificial intelligence for everyday tasks. The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate responses to user prompts. The App includes a personalized learning path, progress tracking (XP, streaks, levels, badges), a free tier with limited daily access, and a paid Pro tier with unlimited access.3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email registration. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent. Newsletter subscription: By creating an account, you agree that the email address you provide will be subscribed to the Cyber Corsairs newsletter, which delivers AI tips, educational content, product updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect your App account or access to the service.4. Free and Pro Plans
Free Plan: Limited daily AI lesson access; access to introductory content in all categories; access to initial steps of your personalized learning path; ability to save favorites and view recent results. Pro Plan: Unlimited AI lesson access per day; access to all content including advanced difficulty levels; access to all steps of your personalized learning path; all features included in the Free Plan. Pro Plan pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.5. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or weekly, as selected). Payment is processed through our designated payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of your paid period. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase or renewal by contacting support.6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI responses are generated by Google Gemini AI and are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or inappropriate material, and do not constitute professional advice. Results may vary between runs even with identical inputs due to the nature of AI language models.We expressly disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law; attempt to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the App; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App; circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or security measures; use the App to build a competing product or service; share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.8. Intellectual Property
Our property: The App, its design, user interface, code, lesson templates, learning path system, gamification mechanics, branding, and all original content are the exclusive property of Amply Insights LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your content: AI-generated responses to your inputs are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. However, identical or similar responses may be generated for other users given similar inputs. We make no guarantee of exclusivity or originality of AI outputs.9. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, push notifications), Google Gemini AI (content generation), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and payment processors. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMPLY INSIGHTS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (\$50.00).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amply Insights LLC from any and all claims, damages, losses, and liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the App, as detailed in our full terms.13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States.14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by using the Contact Support feature in your profile settings.16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amply Insights LLC regarding your use of the App.19. Contact Us
